About the art: A few years ago, while interviewing Jerry Rees, the director of Cranium Command, I sheepishly admitted that I sometimes felt a little dumb for loving Buzzy so much. After all, he is just a cartoon. Jerry looked shocked that I would even consider such a thing to be dumb. "Bunny," he reassured me, "That means I did my job perfectly. I created a character out of nothing that you are feeling -real- emotions toward. That is such a compliment!" He went on to explain, "Creating a character is a type of shamanism. They are born and then go on to live their own unique lives inside the minds of those who care for them, even when originally put there by you. It's beautiful, actually."

I love my Epcot friends, and I hope it shows in this piece. I hope you see someone you love in here as well! I could not settle on a single character to feature, so I chose those who are most dear to me, collaged together, as, in the end, my heart is just a collage of everything and everyone I have ever loved.
